Talking Caller 1.5
Talking Caller 1.5 has just been released, if you like the application please do donate.

The new features include:
* Talking Caller Id
* Will talk when a new SMS had been received
* MultiLanguage, currently it only support English – US and Filipino (using Latin as its speaking voice)
* Ability to Enable/Disable Talking Caller Id and SMS Receive Speaker
* Ability to change the voice of the speaker (Currently only English US and Latin Speakers)
* Added support for those who are not visually impaired.
* Instruction has its own screen (the previous one doesn’t have bugs (i believe), it was just suppose to speak the instruction when you tap the button)
* Use Apache License 2.0 as its license. (I’ll release the source code by next week)

I used the link above and downloaded talking caller, and it says installed sucessfully, but there isn’t any application, icon, etc to open. Again says its installed but nothing appreared on my phone??

Hey the caller id dnt wrk is it supposed to say the name whnn ppl call or nto
It uses BroadcastListener and not service meaning if your g1 uses a lot of memory or cpu, then it might kill the broadcast so if its dead then it will not work.
I’m not sure I understand. Caller id worked a few times then quit. SMS never worked. How can I control how much memory is being used. I tried freeing some memory up, but it still doesn’t work
